Sleep is the most important thing that you can do at night. Without a full 8-hour descent into restorative and revelatory shuteye, all kinds of things can get out of whack with your mental and physical health.

Circadian Magic – Aligning with Nature’s Clock
At the heart of sleep is circadian rhythm — the ancient dance between light and dark that governs every cell of our being. This week, we’ll explore your body’s internal timekeeper—and how to realign it with the cycles of nature.
Did you know each organ has its own circadian rhythm too? Dr. Demeri will unpack that and suggest some home tests to measure yours. We’ll explore how melatonin and cortisol — your primary sleep-wake hormones — create the daily flow of energy and rest.

Far from random, dreams hold meaning and medicine. They can illuminate the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten, offer clarity on life’s challenges, and connect us to something larger than the waking mind. Together, we’ll practice setting intentions before sleep, learning simple ways to recall and record dreams upon waking, and noticing the emotions and images that carry hidden wisdom.

In our final week together, we’ll gather everything we’ve explored and weave it into a rhythm you can carry forward for life.
